All orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed. All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Melbourne Australia. Shipments are processed Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm AEST (Excluding Public Holidays)

Due to 
a high demand for our products shipping times can vary due to stock availability, we try to get orders despatched as soon as the item’s become available, When the item's become available we ship all orders out via express next day delivery within Australia. Please note you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment in the case that you have ordered 2 items.

Please note that items can take approximately 2-5 weeks to arrive. By placing an order, you are securing the item for the next arrival of stock. Please do not place an order if you require the item by a specific date as we can only provide estimates for the time of arrival and cannot guarantee a date, please check with us beforehand, if the stock is available on hand it can be sent out via next day delivery for you. Just check with us prior to placing an order and we will advise you if we have the option of next day delivery for you at that time. Please note that we cannot provide cancellations in the case where an item is a pre-order item and has already been ordered in for you. We always recommend referring to our shipping timeframes outlined at checkout for an estimated time of arrival prior to placing an order. 


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email which will include your Australia post tracking number. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to activate from the time of receiving your shipment confirmation email.

Orders are delivered Monday-Friday during business hours & will require a signature on delivery unless requested otherwise.

If you are not home at the time of delivery the courier may leave a card in your letterbox outlining the steps for picking up your order at your local post office. If you do not pick up your parcel within 2 weeks of the attempted delivery the courier will return the parcel to us at our expense.

If the parcel has been sent back to us or lost due to an error on your behalf, we reserve the right to pass on any additional shipping and re-stocking charges that we incur to have the parcel returned to us as a result of your error or inaction. To have the parcel reshipped to you additional delivery costs must be paid.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

PURE GLOW AUSTRALIA is not responsible for any customs taxes applied to your order, Please note shipments outside of Australia may be subject to Duty/Tax charges, We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax under any circumstances.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level, we recommend you check with your local customs office.
